Kandyan Dance is a dance form that originated in Kandy in Sri Lanka. Today Dancing has been widespread to other parts of the country.
Galle Road at Colpetty.around 1900. This is a good picture of this spot. Tennent writes of Colpetty being a very great residential area of the Europeans and others such as Chetties long before this time.This is then probably an undeveloped part of Colpetty.
